Who We Are

  Stan Milenkovic is the original founder of Teemok Construction, Inc. With over 50 years in the industry, Stan has a wealth of knowledge and partnerships in the construction industry. Having earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, he is a results-driven project manager with a history of concurrently directly multiple projects to success completion. Stan continually stives to produce high quality workmanship while adhering to a thigh schedule and budget. Stan has an understanding of customer needs with diligent attention to detail. He attributes much of his success to the longevity of his staff and takes great pride in the projects he and his team have completed. Having spent more than 25 years in the day to day of Teemok, Stan now shares his time between Florida and Ohio.

  Adam Elliott serves as President of Teemok Construction, Inc. and has been in the commercial construction industry for over 25 years. He earned his Construction Management degree from Columbus State. 

During his tenure, with Teemok Adam has been part of many key projects throughout central Ohio; the Hilton Columbus Downtown, Franklin County Correction Center, OSU Ohio Union, and numerous other projects throughout the various Ohio State campuses, as well as several public-school new builds across the city. 

Currently Adam leads Teemok’s day to day business; estimating, project management, field operations, and office functions. Adam’s values of attention to detail, pride in work, craftsmanship, and dedication has driven Teemok to thrive in the construction industry. 

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors; hiking, biking, and working on their family tree farm.

Catherine has been in construction accounting for more than 20 years. She's from Findlay, Ohio and moved to Columbus in 1994. Since joining Teemok over seven years ago, she has enjoyed every minute of her work. She finds passion in the construction industry because every day presents something new. Catherine has been married to her husband, Rick, for over 25 years and they have four children and two grandsons, ages 10 & 14. They are currently empty-nesters and are enjoying spending time with their three year old Dachshund, Tucker. In her free time, Catherine enjoys gardening, quality time with her husband, and watching Buckeye football games. 

It is also worth noting that the entire team looks forward to the holidays when Catherine makes her chocolate chip bread!

With over 20 years of construction experience, Joe Springer brings a results-driven approach to every project he leads at Teemok. Known for delivering accurate estimates and well-executed builds, Joe plays a key role in ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Joe began his career framing residential homes for several of the leading builders in the Columbus area before joining Teemok in 2008. His background as a union carpenter and superintendent gives him a practical, field-tested perspective that sets his approach apart—he doesn’t just estimate projects, he understands how they unfold in the field. That experience gives him the foresight to identify where challenges are most likely to arise, allowing him to build more accurate budgets, anticipate risks, and prevent costly surprises before they happen.

He has successfully managed a wide range of work—from ground-up construction to complex renovations in active environments—where careful coordination, safety, and minimal disruption are critical. Joe is especially skilled at navigating multi-phase projects, tight timelines, and the demands of institutional clients.

As Lead Estimator and Project Manager, Joe combines technical expertise with clear communication, providing clients with reliable budgets, proactive solutions, and consistent follow-through from preconstruction through project completion.

Outside of work, Joe values time with his wife and their three children—whether it's hitting the road camping as a weekend warrior, cheering on the sidelines of a game, or slowing down and enjoying the simple moments close to home. 

Jeremy has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career in residential building in 1998 and completed a degree in Construction Management in 1999. 

He holds certifications in OSHA training, mold abatement, new hire training, and small business management. Jeremy became a great asset to Teemok when he joined our team in 2022. He has a proven track record of meeting high expectations, managing multiple tasks and successfully delivering projects on schedule. 

When he isn't in the office, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys working on his own home projects, boating and attending his sons sporting events. 

Terry Hindel, Field Operations Manager, has enjoyed working in the construction industry for more than 35 years. Driven by results, Terry’s main focus has always been the successful, on-time completion of projects that live up to the standards of both the client and Teemok. His attention to detail and expertise of time management have allowed him to balance the multifaceted tasks associated with the projects he manages. His success has allowed him to cultivate strong working relationships with the companies that utilize Teemok, fostering positive working relationships for the future. Terry takes pride in sharing his knowledge and experiences with others a mentor in the workplace, in the hope it will better serve his crew members and the company. Professionally, Terry’s goal is to play a pivotal role in the advancement of his career, the advancement of the team members around him, and the advancement of his company with the industry. Personally, on his downtime, you will find Terry in his garden or spending time with his loving family. 

Jim has been with Teemok since 2001 with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Some of his notable projects include Thompson Library (OSU), the downtown Columbus Hilton, Upper Arlington High School, and the Columbus Metropolitan Main Library, as well as Linden and Hilliard branches. He is very well versed in the building process and pays close attention to detail on any project he takes on.  Jim’s continuing education heavily stresses construction, employee, and public safety.  In his spare time, he is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family in Northern Ohio. 

Tyler Maynard is currently a field superintendent for Teemok construction and has worked with the company for four years. During his time he has worked on many different aspects within the construction industry including framing, doors & hardware, acoustical ceilings, drywall and much more. Tyler is currently pursuing a degree in construction management to further his education and knowledge within the industry. In Tyler’s free time he likes to play basketball, golf, and hunt.
